As an RBT, you will be an essential part of our team, working directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavior development. Your role will have a significant impact on the progress and well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and parents to adjust intervention plans as needed
- Maintain a supportive and safe learning environment for students
Qualifications:
- RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion and patience when working with students
- Dedication to promoting positive behavior development
