School-Based Registered Behavior Technician - Plaistow, New Hampshire

As an RBT, you will be an essential part of our team, working directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavior development. Your role will have a significant impact on the progress and well-being of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and parents to adjust intervention plans as needed
• Maintain a supportive and safe learning environment for students

Qualifications:

• RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion and patience when working with students
• Dedication to promoting positive behavior development
