School Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School RBTs for a full-time role with school districts in the Winnsboro, SC area. We seek dedicated individuals who are committed to supporting students’ behavioral success and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students using established intervention techniques.
• Assist teachers in implementing behavior intervention plans and adapting classroom activities.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes.
• Support students with special needs by assisting in daily activities and ensuring necessary accommodations are met.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to enhance student progress and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current on best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team to meet classroom goals.
