School Based Registered Behavior Technician, RBT: Wilmington, DE

A school near Wilmington, DE is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2024 - 2025 school year. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges. This role involves providing direct behavioral support and implementing evidence-based strategies to help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.

• Full Time 
• Contract
• 2024 - 2025 School Year
• Caseload: EYP Program, K-12
• Caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview. 

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage behavior intervention plans, including teaching new skills and addressing problematic behaviors.
• Collect and record data on student progress and responses to interventions.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support using behavior management strategies.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and help develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistent application of behavior plans and maintain accurate, confidential records.

• Active RBT Certification
