School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Location: Illinois (Multiple School Sites)
School Year: Current School Year
Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Special Education team for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with a caseload that includes floating between one-on-one support and health office coverage.

Position Details:

• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Floating between 1-on-1 student support and health office duties
• Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active Illinois RN License or Compact License
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care and support to designated students throughout the school day
• Monitor students’ health conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement individualized health care plans
