Are you a certified Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a new opportunity? Are you a passionate about working with Special Education students? We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Special Education team for the full school year!

About the Position:

  • Current School Year
  • Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
  • Caseload details will be provided during the interview process
  • Pay Range: $25 - $40 per hour, depending on previous experience

Position Details:

  • Provide dedicated nursing care to students, including monitoring health status, administering medications, and performing medical procedures as prescribed.
  • Develop and maintain a healthcare plan in collaboration with the school health team, the students' families, and healthcare providers.
  • Respond to and manage acute medical situations related to the student’s condition.

About You:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Must have active RN Missouri License or a compact license
  • Experience in pediatric, school nursing, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform medical procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and school staff.
  • Understanding of developmental disabilities and experience in managing chronic health conditions in children.
