Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a student with complex medical needs attending Kennedy Day School in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 medical support for a student with seizures, G-tube feeding, hearing loss, and sleep apnea
• Monitor and manage the student’s health throughout the school day
• Accompany the student on the school van to and from school
• Administer medications and provide emergency medical intervention if needed
• Work closely with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the student’s well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with medically complex students, including seizure management and G-tube care
• Ability to ride the van with the student
• Must complete a CORI background check and fingerprinting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
