Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Reading, PA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ learning and development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed.
- Provide training and resources for teachers and staff on supporting students with communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children in a classroom setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
