Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school's special education program

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Indiana state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
