Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with Michigan state guidelines.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Michigan SLP license in good standing.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).
- A minimum of one year of professional experience.
- Familiarity with Michigan’s special education standards.
