State and Federal Requirements:

• Active Texas SLP license
• Compliance with state and federal education and healthcare regulations
• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district

Job Description/Duties:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the district and state
