State & Federal Requirements:

• Active California SLP license

• Department of Education certification (if required by the state)

• Background check and fingerprint clearance

• Compliance with all state and federal education laws

Job Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Provide therapy in individual and group settings as needed
