School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Medina, NY

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner schools in Medina, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as an SLP in a school setting.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• New York State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Experience with IEPs and school-based therapy.

Job Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEPs.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
