Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech and language skills.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Offer training and guidance to educators on integrating speech-language strategies in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Georgia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in speech-language pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
