Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position during the 2024-2025 school year in Coos Bay, OR. If you are passionate about supporting the social and behavioral development of students, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
