Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Methuen, MA area. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support students' behavioral and educational development in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students with various behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavioral interventions effectively.
• Provide training and consultation to staff on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ behavioral and educational needs are being met.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff in a school setting.
• Ability to provide data-driven recommendations and interventions.
