Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies for students.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to district policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social work, or psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis within an educational setting.
