School BCBA Needed for 25/26 SY | Bennington, VT
Apply now! We are seeking a qualified BCBA to join us at our great school in Bennington, VT!
Responsibilities:
- Coaching Behavioral Ed Techs to better support behavioral needs/issues within the district
- Consulting with principals, teachers, and ed techs to develop plans to deescalate behaviors
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience supervising ABA therapy.
Working Hours:
- Full Time
- 37.5 hours a week
Dates:
- August 2025 - June 2026
- 2025 - 2026 School Year
Caseload:
- Elementary school caseload for students with trauma/autism
- $54 - $60 an hour
