School BCBA Opportunity - Full-Time Role

Blazer Jobs is actively hiring an experienced BCBA for a full-time school-based position in Wilmington, Delaware. This role allows you to be a critical part of the education team, focusing on improving student outcomes through applied behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Provide guidance and training to RBTs, teachers, and families.
• Monitor intervention fidelity and adjust programs based on data.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Must meet Delaware’s licensure requirements for BCBAs.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience.
