School BCBA Position Now Available

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with a Macclenny school district, is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans to assist students in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret results.
• Develop, revise, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to provide support and guidance in managing behavioral challenges.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of behavior intervention services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current BCBA certification.
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing and adapting behavior plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
