Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA best practices.
  • Train and support school staff and parents in behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to integrate behavior support into classrooms and IEP meetings.

Details:

  • Accepting Full Time Candidates 
  • Contract
  • 2024 - 2025 School Year
  • Caseload: Elementary, 2 school sites, direct services to about 10 students 
  • Caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview. 

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Must have Master’s Degree in Behavior or related field
