Position Details

• Location: Bonsall, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Caseload: Working 1:1 or as designated support for students with severe disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by the school team
• Assist with daily activities, including mobility and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with students with severe disabilities
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from the school site
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans
