School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job

Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Birmingham, Alabama. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping students with special needs achieve their full potential by providing behavior analysis services in a school-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct and indirect behavior intervention services.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other support staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Must hold a valid Alabama state license in behavior analysis.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting.
