Key Responsibilities:
Create and monitor individualized behavior plans.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Train and support teachers and staff.
Collaborate with families and school personnel.
Participate in IEP meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in MA State.
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong ABA knowledge and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
