School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Needed Near Aurora, IL for This School Year!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision and training to school staff. This role is located near Aurora, IL and will be full time for the 24/25 school year. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students. 

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans within the school setting. 

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions. 

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, administrators, and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions. 

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives. 

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. 

Qualifications: 

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in IL State. 

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Proficiency in data collection and analysis. 

• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations is preferred.
