Are you a passionate and certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in a school setting? We are currently seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Ontario, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
  • Provide training and support to school staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators, on implementing behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and school psychologists, to develop comprehensive intervention plans for students.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, collect and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting with students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior assessment tools, behavior management techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
