School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Opening Near Charleston, SC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting. This role is located near Beaufort, SC and will be full time for the 24/25 school year. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and monitor individualized behavior plans. 

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs). 

• Train and support teachers and staff. 

• Collaborate with families and school personnel. 

• Participate in IEP meetings. 

• Maintain accurate documentation. 

Qualifications: 

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in SC State. 

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. 

• School-based experience preferred. 

• Strong ABA knowledge and data analysis skills. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
