Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Chester, PA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and enhancing their behavioral and academic outcomes in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Assess student behavior and design individualized strategies to address behavioral challenges.
• Support and train teachers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to promote student progress.
• Monitor and adjust intervention strategies as needed, ensuring ongoing improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed feedback on student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
• Experience working within a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
