Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Chester, PA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and enhancing their behavioral and academic outcomes in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Assess student behavior and design individualized strategies to address behavioral challenges.
- Support and train teachers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to promote student progress.
- Monitor and adjust intervention strategies as needed, ensuring ongoing improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed feedback on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Experience working within a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
