Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Birmingham, AL area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing behavioral support and intervention to students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective behavioral strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with students in a school or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions.
