Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Orange, NJ area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and improving their behavioral and academic outcomes within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Provide expert consultation and training to teachers and staff on behavior management strategies.
• Assess student behavior and design tailored interventions to address challenges.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
• Monitor the progress of behavior interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and intervention effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
• Previous experience in an educational or school setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to fostering student success through collaborative efforts.
