Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Frankfort, IL area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and enhancing their behavioral and academic success within a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with students in a school or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions.
