We are excited to announce our partnership with the Claremont school district and are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team.

Position Overview: As a COTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the occupational therapy needs of students within the school district. This full-time position offers competitive wages, comprehensive company benefits, and access to ongoing advisory and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Work with students individually or in groups to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other developmental goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
