Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in Elkton, Maryland. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive speech and language support to students, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- At least one year of experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
