School LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse: Eugene, OR

Are you looking for a new opportunity? A school in Eugene, OR is searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse for the current 2024 - 2025 school year. 

Details:

• Full Time up to 34 hours a week
• Contract
• 2024 - 2025 School Year
• Elementary and Middle School 
• Monitoring studients with Type 1 Diabetes and servicing students in the general health room
• Additional position details will be discussed on the virtual interview.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide routine and emergency medical care, including administering medications and first aid.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor chronic health conditions in students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Coordinate with school staff and parents on health needs and care plans.
• Develop and implement care plans for students with special health needs.
• Educate students and staff on health topics and manage health office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• LPN/LVN State License or Certification
