School Occupational Therapist - OT Needed

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a full-time position with school districts in the Bonners Ferry, ID area. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives while benefiting from a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals.
• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policies and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of comprehensive plans for student success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s  or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state Occupational Therapist license.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations for school-based therapy services.
• Prior experience in a school setting (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
