We are searching for a School Occupational Therapist who will work with students to promote and enhance their functional independence in the school environment. This role will cover a caseload of 30-40 students.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-care skills.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on students’ needs and educational goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.
Full time hours (32.5/w) for Sept-Dec 2024
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid WA state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Occupational Therapist Endorsement
