School Opening: Social Worker (Central Falls, RI)

Our School District is actively seeking a School Social Worker. This is an excellent school district with a very welcoming team environment! Weekly pay checks and health benefits included. We are looking to hire immediately!

Details/Specifications:

• Location: Central Falls, RI
• Pay: $28-$40+ an hour (experience)
• Full Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours a week
• Duration: ASAP to June 2025
• Caseload: Early Childhood to High School
  • Case Management, no direct student services
  • Social and emotional learning students
  • Assisting students and parents/guardians
  • Training in crisis prevention and physicals restraints
  • Initial Evaluations, re-evaluations
  • Provide counseling and support to all students, as needed
  • Onsite 

Duties:

• Provide direct, consult and monitoring social work service to students with IEPs. Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to determine eligibility and appropriate programs and services for students with disabilities.
