School OT Contract Opportunity - Full Time

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time role with school districts in the Columbia, SC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students’ academic success.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create effective interventions.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ needs in the classroom and at home.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
