Blazerworks, in partnership with a local school, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Rosemount, NE. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student support.
• Monitor students' progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to teachers and staff regarding students' physical needs and accommodations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Nebraska.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
• Ability to assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children thrive.
