Occupational Therapist (Full-time) - Rosemount, MN

Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Rosemount, MN. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' overall development and improving their quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and functional performance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including therapeutic interventions and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to create and implement effective strategies for students' success.
• Monitor students' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
