Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team, providing essential occupational therapy services within an educational setting.

Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting the functional abilities and independence of students in the school district. Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' sensory and motor skill development needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address occupational therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate occupational therapy goals into the academic curriculum.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and strategies for support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Michigan license in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
