Job Title: Full-Time Paraprofessional (Para)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of students. Responsibilities:

Assist teachers and support staff in implementing instructional programs and providing individualized attention to students.
Work with students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning concepts.
Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success.
Provide assistance with classroom management and behavior interventions.
Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications for students with special needs.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting student success.
