School Paraprofessional Opening

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated full-time Self-Contained Paraprofessional for a position in Enumclaw, WA. This role involves providing direct support to students in a self-contained classroom, assisting with daily activities, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs.
• Support students with daily living skills, classroom participation, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet students' individualized goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a school setting or with children with special needs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.

Compensation:

• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K
• Pay $18 - $24/Hr.
