Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a school-based position in Westwood, MA. This role involves providing support to PreK students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), focusing on life skills and daily living activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist PreK students with ASD in classroom activities
- Support students with toileting, feeding, and other life skills
- Help with shoe tying and fostering independence
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement learning plans
- Provide individualized support to ensure student success
Qualifications
- Experience working with PreK and ASD students required
- Ability to assist with toileting, feeding, and life skills training
- Strong patience and communication skills
- School-based experience preferred
