School Paraprofessional
Blazer Jobs is seeking two dedicated Paraprofessionals to support an elementary school caseload in a resource or center-based classroom. This full-time, onsite role involves working with students with autism alongside special education teachers and another paraprofessional.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to students with autism
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students with academic and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a structured learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
Qualifications
- Experience working with students with autism preferred
- Ability to provide academic and behavioral support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- School-based experience is a plus
