Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time Position

Blazer Jobs is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Physical Therapist in partnership with a reputable school district in Zion, IL. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team, providing physical therapy services within an educational setting.

Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and functional abilities of students in the school district. Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify physical development needs and challenges in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motor skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate physical therapy goals into the academic curriculum.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and strategies for support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Illinois license in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
