Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a dedicated school district in Pittsfield, MA, is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Position: School Psychologist
Location: Pittsfield, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students to identify their educational, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans and interventions.
• Provide counseling services to students and work with them to develop coping and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving special education services.
• Promote mental health awareness and strategies within the school community to enhance the overall well-being of students.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a School Psychologist.
• Current licensure and certification meeting all federal and state requirements.
• Expertise in psychological testing, data analysis, and developing intervention strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed both academically and emotionally.
