Description: Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Psychologists for full-time positions within school districts in the Milford, DE area. The ideal candidates will meet all local and state requirements for practicing as a Psychologist in educational settings.


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement interventions and support plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with various challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding mental health issues, behavior management techniques, and crisis intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress reports, and interventions.
