School Psychologist Full-Time Position - Loveland, CO

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Loveland, CO area. We are seeking professionals dedicated to fostering students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling services to students, both individually and in groups, addressing issues such as emotional regulation, social skills, and academic challenges.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies or critical situations affecting students and school staff.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of implemented interventions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure compliance with special education laws and to support student success.
• Remain current on best practices, research, and legal requirements in the field of school psychology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Colorado state license or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Must meet all Colorado Department of Education (CDE) requirements for School Psychologists.
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 educational setting is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
