School Psychologist Job

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about supporting students’ mental health and academic success within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students.

• Assist in implementing positive behavioral support strategies.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and crisis interventions.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.

• California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.

• At least one year of experience in a school setting.

• Strong knowledge of special education laws and processes.
