We are seeking a School Psychologist to join our team in Riverside, CA. This full-time position involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing essential psychological services to support students' academic and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for special education services.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address behavioral, social, emotional, and academic concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide recommendations for accommodations and services.
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Provide training and resources to educators and families on strategies for student success.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Active School Psychologist license in California.
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention strategies.
